EXITING THE CLIMATE CRISIS

Register for individual sessions here

In recent months, floods, wildfires, soaring temperatures, and water scarcity have wreaked havoc, displacing millions and emphasizing the urgent reality of environmental crises. Today, these crises are not future possibilities but harsh realities for many communities. Despite the potential to mitigate these issues and create a sustainable future, capitalism’s interests prioritize profit, accelerating our destruction for the profit of the few, with the poor and marginalized in the world long-suffering the consequences.

Science Against Capitalism: Exiting the Climate Crisis aims to connect science education with people and movements rejecting capitalism’s destructive path. Throughout the series, we will discuss with scientists who have developed deep scientific expertise across different fields in the dynamics of our planet and our ecological systems, uplifting proposals of viable solutions to help build a path toward a socialist and scientific future.
